We are storytellers of the history of the people and lands behind each ingredient. The lush District of Musanze, Rwanda is the soil of our homegrown fruits and vegetables. The New Meza Malonga In Musanze at Lake Ruhondo Rwanda

The new Meza Malonga is more than just a restaurant, it is an entire ecosystem for food innovation and a one-of-a-kind visitor experience. Located in the Musanze district, just a short drive and boat ride away from Volcanoes National Park, the campus features an experimental farm, culinary training center, African spice and fermentation lab, and a stunning indoor/outdoor dining room. We aim to offer a superb quality farm-to-table Pan-African fine dining experience which celebrates Africa’s rich culinary heritage fusing traditional flavors with innovative techniques.
